Ideal for 4 people, it includes a bright living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and bunk beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The kitchen and numerous amenities (dishwasher, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay, while the furnished balcony with outdoor furniture allows you to fully enjoy the sea air. The bus station is 250 meters away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and the tourist tax.

OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
