Located in a residence close to the town center and the beach, beautiful 50 m² apartment for 2 people, on the 1st floor. It includes a beautiful living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet. A large south-facing terrace and a west-facing balcony. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker... Bedding: one 140 cm bed. Comfort elements: dishwasher, vacuum cleaner... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, TV... SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal spa 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €70. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 4:00 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
