What you need to know

Access to secure underground parking

Access to the residence's outdoor swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (open mid-May to end-September, outdoor pool not heated).

Access to secure bicycle storage in the residence basement.Beep access to the residence's private basement parking lot for 1 car - maximum vehicle height 1.90 m - (the parking space number will be communicated when the keys are handed over).Tourism: discover Fort Vauban, Fort Boyard, Ile Madame, Ile d'Aix, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, La Rochelle and Rochefort...

Practicalities: SUPER U supermarket nearby and CASINO mini-market in the town center, bus stop opposite the residence, restaurants nearby or just a few minutes' walk away, shops 700 m away.On arrival, you'll be greeted by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will show you around the house, hand over the keys, give you all the useful tourist information you need and assist you if necessary during your stay.
