Spacious, cosy and family-friendly resort!

We spent a week here and enjoyed the large apartments that are well-designed, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. Cleaning was not perfect, but ok, the service was fine (we were able to arrive late, but needed help from a vo-visitor to enter the gate), and the location was nice. Be aware that you cannot really bath / swim from the nearby beaches during the morning / day due to low tides.

We really liked the sites as it was convenient to get to La Rochelle and Rochefort. Fouras is a great town with lots going on; nice selection of restaurants. The pool was nice but people were not following the rules of no vaping aloud (maybe more/clearer signs or staff mentioning it to visitors would help). The bathroom was a bit smelly at the start but with ventilation that improved (there were no shelves in the shower area so that was not practical). We had plenty of towels and it was great that the linen was provided (and beds made before our arrival). very straightforward checking and helpful staff at reception. The nearby beach is covered in shells and not sands; it'd be nice if that was mentioned in the site's description as it is misleading to say the beach is 300m away (not really a beach to go to with children for example). Overall, we had a great stay and recommend the site.

The property is located in a nice area. Several beaches can be walked to on foot. The property itself has seen better times, it has come a bit at age. However, it was clean and the staff were friendly.

Déçu !

L’ensemble de l’hébergement laisse à désirer.. odeur de canalisation, grosses taches marrons sur le canapé (obligés de mettre des serviettes pour s’assoir), le frigo ne fonctionnait même pas et une odeur d’égout en sortait, salle d’eau pas propre, même pas de voilage dans les chambres, c’est assez vieillot mais ça ce n’était pas une surprise.. nous avons évoqué ces problèmes à l’accueil et avons souhaité changer de logement mais pas possible d’après la dame car « apparemment » les logements étaient tous pris .. effectivement une bonne partie était pris nous étions plus d’une soixantaine à avoir réserver ce week-end car nous avions un événement à proximité et les autre logements étaient corrects comparés au nôtre. Un membre du personnel est quand même passé pour nous mettre du produit dans les canalisations et nous a changé le frigo. Nous avons quand même payés pour 4 nuits et avec un bébé en bas âge je ne retenterai pas l’expérience, qui est je pense, la pire. La maisonnette dans laquelle nous avons séjourné a été laissé à l’abandon c’est sûr. Je joins quelques photos que j’ai pu prendre

Annonce mensonges, j’ai pris un logement avec wifi et en fait en arrivant on m’annonce qu’il y a seulement le wifi à l’accueil… honteux. De plus j’ai reservé 1 nuit d’hôtel et on me demande de faire le ménage entier de tout le logement. Idem pour le ménage alors qu’il n’y a aucun équipement à disposition : pas de liquide vaisselle, pas d’éponge, pas de nettoyant sol. Bref à fuir. Je ne recommande pas.

Court séjour de deux jours en famille avec deux enfants, appartement spacieux et propre. Déco un peu démodée mais rangements suffisants. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse mais elle doit être agréable l'été. Parking individuel proche de l'appartement, pratique. Personnel sympathique.

Excellent séjour, petite maison très confortable, bien pourvue en tout, avec de grands placards, il y a même un séchoir pour étendre le linge. C'était très propre à l'intérieur. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'insonorisation de la maison. Chaque maison a son parking numéroté.

Watch out what you get

Important problems before arriving. Locations changed to a smaller bungalow with almost the same cost. This is not correct! Same price for less. The stay itself was nice. Great pool area.
