- on the first floor: a cosy living room with TV for relaxing after a good day, a small SAM corner, a functional open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen and a shower room + WC

- upstairs: 2 comfortable bedrooms (140cm beds) and separate WC.

On arrival you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will introduce you to the house, hand over the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information you need and assist you if necessary during your stay.

Location très fonctionnelle à proximité de nombreuses balades, plage et commerces.Il n'y a pas d'extérieure mais la plage étant au bout de la rue les piques niques sont quotidien !Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseiller par Stéphanie de la conciergerie.Adresse à recommander !
