Leisure equipment: flat screen TV , garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Area: 55 m². NEARBY: Facing the South beach, 200 m from the city center and all shops. Large beach 200 m away as well as restaurants. Bus station 500m away and SNCF train station 6.3km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 min away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
