La Minoterie de Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon is an atypical group cottage, ideal for hosting various events such as seminars, weddings or family reunions. Located in the heart of Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon, just 20 minutes from La Rochelle and 15 minutes from Niort, this former thirteenth-century flour mill was completely renovated in 2022 to offer a unique and modern setting.

The main building extends over 1,200 m² spread over several levels, including 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a professional kitchen, several living rooms, a gym, a games room and even a dance hall equipped with lights and a disco ball. An annex located 100 meters away offers 5 additional bedrooms, bringing the total accommodation capacity to 25-26 beds.
The annex is not included in the price displayed: 300€ per day extra for 5 bedrooms.

For professional events, La Minoterie has three modular meeting rooms, including the 51 m² Orangery that can accommodate up to 40 people in theater configuration. The outdoor spaces include gardens with covered terrace, balcony with river view and a large brazier for convivial moments in the open air.
