"very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated throughout the property in a quiet location. Carefully thought of everyone's needs. On the description it clearly stated that there was a hot tub with a bath symbol, but there was not a bath or a hot tub at the property. Any issues were addressed by the owner very quickly. "We were a family of 5 staying at this house for 10 days in Jul/Aug and it was perfect. Beautiful house in a perfect location with the best market on the island 1 minute walk away. The house is spacious, modern and each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom which was great for the kids. "The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "
