"I did not get to stay at this hotel due to the very rude check in lady. I had been traveling for around 10 hours and myself and family was exhausted. We made a reservation online and we have 3 dogs one being a service animal the lady said that it counted as 3 pets. We looked at the pet policy and does not say more than or less than 2 pets. Really frustrating when you also have 2 adults and 3 children all exhausted"

"We had a great stay at the Conway Courtyard. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. This is a new property and everything was in excellent condition and pristine. We had a suite and it was huge! Very close to restaurants and shopping and about a 7 minute drive to UCA campus. Highly recommended and will stay here again! The only downside is breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks bistro in the lobby and also a Starbucks about a minute away. Great area and...

"The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. "Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the...
