"My husband and I booked this cottage for a short getaway from Tacoma. The cottage was easy to find, and parking was clearly labeled. The cottage is on the property of the hosts, main house, but it felt much more private than that. The Space felt very spacious, there were tons of outlets to plug-in our devices, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for any light meals. They even had an organized drawer with miscellaneous things like tape, safety pins, pens, extra chargers, etc....

"This was the perfect get away location. It allowed you to feel incredibly remote, while also only being 20-25 minutes away from major tourist locations. Dave and Eileen couldn't have been better or more gracious hosts. They provided excellent recommendations of how to do the touristy stuff, but not feel like a tourist. "We left two nights early because of having to fight ants from the first night. The place smelled of dogs so strongly we had to open all the windows to air it out. The kitchen cabinets were filthy underneath the dishes so we hand washed everything we touched. The doors underneath the sink almost fell off when i opened them. The house seems to be used regularly but not cleaned well often. I would give a zero rating if I could and would definitely like a partial refund!"

"Easy to find, great off-street parking, close to numerous fabulous coffee shops and restaurants, terrific tips of recommended places to go, comfy bed and awesome lightweight comforter. Everything you could need and decorated in an artistic minimalist decor."

"Great beach house with space for 2 families and close to town. Beware there are a lot of stairs down to the home, but it is stated so on the site. Stairs are sturdy and have handrail. No problem for us."

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

"Nora is absolutely amazing! This was my first Verbo and it absolutely did not disappoint! We came to Seattle for my daughter’s appointment and needed a nice place to stay and close to everything! This place is so clean and beautiful!! Nora really thought of everything!! Definitely will be staying here again!! The kids enjoyed the back yard and the games she provided for when it rained!"
