"Friendly and helpful staff. Everything about this hotel was clean. I was particularly impressed with Joe they continued to clean the breakfast area. Our room was large and comfortable. Very clean. We stayed for a long weekend. Will stay here sign in our next trip up. "

"room was clean, large and comfortable. Was loud, you could hear everything in the hallway as well as our neighbors in the new room. The hotel property was nice overall, the grounds were pretty too. We walked the golf course. What I didn't really enjoy was the signature scent that is spread throughout the hotel through the ventilation system. It was like being close to somebody wearing too much cologne. It took me a day to realize its not some guy that bathed in his cologne. That being said I enjoy staying at the Grand Geneva and will probably stay again. I prefer it to the Abbey Resort."

"Everything was Great, friendly staff. We did get a leak in our bathroom but the manager was quick to respond and move us into another room. Our stay was great for Navy graduation. Thank you very much. We did enjoy the breakfasts, ice coffee is good. "
