"Living on a lake for a week was heavenly. The home was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped for cooking most of our meals in. We enjoyed the fire pit nightly and loved relaxing and eating on the deck. We also loved how close the house is to amazing restaurants and Lakefront Beach where we brought our little girls for some play and beach time. We brought our dogs and loved it that the backyard is fenced in. It was a perfect week at a perfect lake house."

"The house is layed out nicely, and the 4 season room was wonderful to sit in to drink tea and watch nature. We didn't use the large tub, but it looks very relaxing. The house is on a quiet street, but within walking distance of downtown McHenry. I would stay here again. "

"We had a very nice stay, 6 adults and 5 kids. Enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and move about the home. Kitchen was nice and had almost everything you needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for the bathroom, along with shampoo and body wash in all showers. Owners were responsive when we reached out. Lake was nice with a private boat launch and dock. Lots of local restaurants and stores. We rented a pontoon for a few hours from Jet Funn down the street. Definitely would recommend this stay! "
