"Hair on my sheets, workers didn’t even get up to help us, bathroom didn’t have essentials"

"Great hotel, bed was a little hard for my taste and even though the keep the hot tub at regulation at 104, it was way too hot. I prefer the standard elderly temp of between 95-99. Overall great place."

"Good place the rooms actually good and clean the carpets in the corridors old . Daily room service . Some of the electric outlet does not work . Rooms has tv good size refrigerator and microwave . Nice swiming pool but not clear what is the operation hours and how to access it ? "

"This hotel is conveniently located off the free way and a short drive to downtown Omaha. One morning we drive to the riverside park and walking path in Omaha for a lovely morning walk. "

"The hotel has a great history and is conveniently in the Omaha downtown district. Our stay was pleasant, but it seems to us the hotel has greater potential with more investment in the property. The fee for parking in the hotel parking lot was ~$30 / night and we found easy public parking on the street for $6 / day (9am - 9pm, no charge overnight or all day Sunday)."

"The hotel wasn’t bad but if you are black you don’t want to stay here. I am white and my husband is black and we were pretty much discriminated against. The one guy in the morning would go around and give me chocolate and other things but never once offered anything to my husband or myself. Then on Sunday the day we were checking out we went to have breakfast around 8:30/9 and our room keys wouldn’t work so we could get back into our room to pack our things up. When asked if he could fix the keys for us he told my husband I thought you guys were already out of your room. Check-out wasn’t till 11am. The lady that was at the front desk when we checked in was awesome."
