"They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again"

"Place was very cute and clean. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had so many appliances in case you needed to cook. It had great lighting, and the remote for the A/C was easy to operate."

"Solo trip, would book again without hesitation based on how smooth everything went during my stay here."

"Very nice stay. The amenities are high quality either comfortable sheets and towels. Very easy communication with prompt replies. We will be back :)"

"Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!"

"Clean. Perfect for our needs. Bathtub was deep!! Nice neighborhood. Conveniently located."

"Nice location with easy parking. A park is only a short walk away as a places to eat. The house is well appointed."

"Very clean, easy check-in, convenient to everything downtown."

"I BOOKED A 3 NIGHT STAY AT OYO HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN, THE CLERK SAID..... SORRY, YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED ! I PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE, SHOWED HIM MY RESERVATION AND HE STILL WOULDN'T HONOR IT. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM ! I HE SAID CORPORATE CANCELLED IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO CHEAP ! I HAD TO SCRAMBLE AND FIND OTHER LODGING AT NIGHT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ! THEN OYO SAID IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE AND KEEPING MY MONEY !!! I AM OUTRAGED & WILL NEVER STAY THERE...

"This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student"

"I would love to stay here whenever I visit the area"

"Nice place! I would stay here again."

"Our stay was lovely."

"This property and the host were amazing, the house was comfortable, cozy and clean. The beds were great, the back porch was fabulous and the house was laid out beautifully. Communication with the host was excellent, check in and check out was a breeze, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you’re going to be in the Durham area, you should definitely consider staying here."

"House was cozy! Good location for stores and drive-thru. And close to duke university"

"Our stay was excellent - a comfortable bed, good shower, convenient laundry, and we enjoyed the back deck. And it’s a great location. We love Dain’s Place on 9th St. We will stay here again"

"Exactly what we needed for our weekend in Durham. Would definitely stay here again."
