"For families this is a well positioned hotel, with a good pool and entertainment and facilities. The hotel is well situated for the waterfalls and bird park, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was very loud and noisy, with kids running down corridors and shouting; whilst this isn’t necessarily the fault of the hotel, the rooms should be relatively sound proofed, and hotel staff should enforce etiquette so that all guests are respected.
