Ao chegar no estabelecimento as 18hs não havia ninguém pra nos receber. Não tinha café da manhã pois havia uma informação de que estava interditada a cozinha, outro ponto que o chuveiro não tinha água quente e não tinha cobertores no quarto. Porém no outro dia pela tarde nos trocaram de quarto e nos forneceram banho quente e cobertores. O lugar é super simples a dona é muito gentil porém precisa melhorar o atendimento em alguns pontos.

Cuando llegue no había nadie esperando, llame antes para avisar que llegaba tarde y no me esperaron, me dejaron afuera, en la calle. De casualidad un pasajero del hotel en un gesto de amabilidad me abrió la puerta ya que el taxista que me llevó dijo que era una zona complicada para estar esperando. No nos esperaban, no había reserva, no había habitación preparada. La habitación estaba sucia, las camas no tenían sábanas, no funcionaba el aire, los baños estaban sucios, inundados y con pelos, encima me cobraron de más con la excusa que no había cambiado, y por adelantado

Check in was a little tricky since the receptionist only spoke Portuguese. However, there were no issues and we were given the key to our room. The room was clean but a little worn out. The breakfast was a buffet with great options including sausage, ham, cheese, cereal, juices, and fruit. Location is in the town center which is great during the day, however, at night all the shops are closed and it seemed quite scary so we took an Uber to the mall for dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel for one night's stay, I'd come back again.

Una verguenza llegue a las 9 de la noche con una criatura y me habian vendido la habitacion que tenia ya pagada al 100% a traves de hoteles.com.... me quisieron dar una en un zotano espantosa con el piso roto y llena de humedades... el hotel es feo viejo nos agarramos pulgas (no me cambiaron las sabanas en 4 noches) la verdad deja mucho que desear.. el desayuno no es como lo muestran en las fotos las habitaciones viejas el baño con mal olor... no lo recomiendo... Nos atendieron mal cuando llegamos no habia nadie responsable que nos duera una solucion... Arruino nuestras vacaciones este problema... No recomiendo el hotel.... Recomendaria a Hoteles.com que NO TRABAJEN MAS CON ESTE HOTEL porque es de medio pelo para abajo! Romina FRANCISCA

Bom hotel.

Já fiquei 4 vezes nesse hotel nos últimos anos. É um hotel simples, que oferece um café da manhã simples, que apresenta quartos simples mas que servem ao seu propósito que é dormir confortavelmente. A localização é perfeita, tem fácil acesso ao aeroporto, aos pontos turísticos, ao Paraguai e Argentina através de transporte público.Recomendo caso o objetivo seja uma viagem econômica.

nos deram um quarto com cheiro de mofo mal ventilado e umas das camas o colchao estava horrivel com as molas aparentes nao tinha condiçao de alguem dormir mais ao reclamar fui muito bem atendida e nos derao um quarto melhor mais em compensaçao os fucionarios sao maravilhosos fomos muito bem atendidas e o cafe da manha e exelente e a localizaçao e otima perto de ponto de onibus para todo lugar

Nothing fancy at all. Old and low quality, but the price is so low that you can’t really complain! obly major frustration is that we left our bags in the reception for the day after checkout. When we picked them back up, that had rearranged the bags and crushed a painting we had purchased. Really disappointing.

There was no towels. Wifi didn't work. Breakfast was ok but ended quite early (at 9). The receptionist was nice and gave me the advice I needed. Didn´t really encounter any problems with the room but the no towel deal was a bummer. However the hotel is at a nice spot, easy to get around Foz and the bus terminal is close by.

Excelente Localização

Bem localizado, peca por falta de estacionamento (ou a falta de informação sobre). Ótimo para quem vem de ônibus, pois fica ao lado de paradas de linhas que ligam ao Paraguay, Cataratas, Itaipu e Argentina. Tv de Tubo, mas funcionando. Chuveiro simples, mas quente. No geral, um hotel bom para recarregar as energias depois de um dia agitado em razão dos passeios pela cidade.

Good location in the city centre. Lots of shops around, bars, restaurants during day time. You can take the bus to go to Iguazu Falls, Bird Parks and Itaipu 2 blocks away from the just. Good breakfast, Friendly staff.

Hostel BB Econômico

Hotel econômico bem localizado , simples . Não tem elevador o que dificulta subir escadas com malas. Café da manhã repetitivo muito simples, não tem pão francês, apenas pão de forma sem grill ou tostador para aquecer o pão.Nada tinha sabor c/apenas queijo ricota e apresuntado e margarina doriana. Equipe e staff do hotel são adolescentes que não tem experiência com turismo e ou mesmo acolhimento de hospedes em viagem. O preço muito bom, mais o hotel carece de vários itens em geral que poderia melhorar para ser comparavel a um hostel BB . Para quem não se importa tanto e apenas quer ter um bom quarto e localização em Foz de Iguaçu este é o hotel

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, perto do centro comercial e, para quem quiser ter uma economia a mais, das paradas de ônibus que levam as atrações da cidade! O café da manhã simples, porém dá para satisfazer. A recepção sempre bem atenciosa. Enfim, correspondeu as nossas espectativas!

Leider war bei Ankunft unser Zimmer bereits vergeben und wir erhielten ein Zimmer ohne Aircon, was bei 32 Grad ziemlich unglücklich war. Ansonsten nette, hilfsbereite Angestellte, gutes Frühstück und gute Lage. Gutes Preis-leistungs-verhältnis.
