"From start to end, the service level of this stunning hotel is excellent. A special shout out to Cesar, who met us at the foyer when we arrived and saw us to our car when we departed. A big thanks to the very friendly Edso from concierge, who took us on our morning walk to the falls. The breakfast was delicious, dinner buffet was one of the best I have had. The efficiency and effort of all the staff at the Belmond should set the standard for all 5-star hotels. The icing on the cake? Iguazu Falls right on your door step. It was an unbelievable experience. Highly highly recommend! "

"I loved my stay at Viale. The staff at the front desk were very professional, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning worked well too. They have great breakfast buffet as well, which features Brazilian items like Pão de queijo. I also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. It was great both day and night. The only thing I was not comfortable with was that there was no AC in the hallway, and it got very warm. There are only 2 small elevators so when it is busy, you have to wit for one in such warm temperature. Overall I had an excellent experience here, and I would definitely stay here again."

"It is beautiful, very close to Iguazu falls, with excelent breakfast and dinning buffet. Has lots of ammenities and gorgeous pools. Only draw back pools in September to cold for my preference, a pool heater will escalate this hotel to superb."
