"The house is renovated in a very pleasant way. It is spacy and holds what you need. A lovely swimming pool, nice large garden, beautiful view, and very quiet. We had excellent communication with the owner and the local vontact person. Highly recommendable place for a stay for a larger group of people."

The villa itself is well equipped and despite the summer heat it remains cool during the night (ceiling fans help though). The infinity pool is large and impeccably maintained which provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. "The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"Il parco e la piscina sono stupendi, ma gli ultimi due giorni il "robot subacqueo" si è guastato e l'acqua è così risultata molto sporca. Purtroppo molti di noi sono stati pizzicati (alcuni in maniera grave, tanto da sospendere la vacanza) da un insetto presente all'interno della villa Alcune camere era completamente sprovviste di armadi, i vestiti lasciati nelle valigie per terra. Discutibilissima e sorprendente la scelta di due camere con letti alla "francese", con tutto lo spazio intorno per...

"Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

The house is beautifully situated with stunning rolling hills and farm country all around.
