"Property was well maintained and room was clean. I was surprised when I was charged $25.00 for 2 bottles of water and 2 drumsticks which, by the way, were not at all fresh and we threw half of them away. Breakfast the next morning was very good, especially the cinnamon rolls and coffee."

"When I booked the room I booked King size bed suite. When we got there the room they had reserved was 2 queen size beds. When I asked they said they had been having trouble with booking through 3rd party sites like Expedia. They didn't have any other rooms available. When I spoke to the owner the next morning he also said it was the 3rd party sites that was the issue. I have not had any problems when booking through Expedia before so it seemed like they were placing blame instead of owning...

"We stayed in a suite with our two kids. The hotel and rooms were very clean and efficient. The staff was courteous and responsive. The only thing I would recommend is that they put there room service menu and the restaurant menu in the room or online to quickly access."

"It is an older property but was just what we needed for a nights sleep. The lobby is decorated like it’s an old mansion from the 1940’s, complete with a screened in porch outside. Very different for a hotel. Our room was comfortable with a chair and ottoman and bathroom was quite large. Breakfast was ok… we’ve had way worse! 😆"
