"Terrible mistake, we rented two rooms, one had cutlery the other one had no knives at all, a hole in the wall, mould on the shower screen, vent in bathroom doesn’t work, no coffee machine in one (the other one had it), one fork one spoon and that’s it. The area is called Crackolandia (which is our mistake for not checking it out prior). Communication is non existent, locks on the doors hard to punch numbers in…. Would strongly recommend against it!"

"The place is a good area, very accurate as described in the app, there are plenty of restaurants, it’s also located close to Paulista Avenue, which is a great avenue full of tourists attractions. If You don’t know the area very well, I advise you to use uber to go to places, even though the place seems to be very safe."

"AVOID! First, communication is complicated - there is no one to speak to at the property. Only Whatsapp. And the English counterpart is not that responsive. Second, the curtains are see-through. I had all the street lights inside and couldn't close an eye. I asked to change rooms or buildings but was told all curtains are the same. Then, I found a dirty underwear in the bedsheets. To this day, this has been the worst hotel experience ever. They stopped responding to me and to Expedia and until...

"Not really a proper hotel. Not worth it to stay there just because it’s close to the stadium because there are plenty of other and better options to stay or to go after a game or concert. Place didn’t have much space to move inside or to accommodate our 4 luggages. I’d not recommend. Expensive and not good. Very difficult to communicate, only via WhatsApp and they couldn’t do anything to help me to all my requests. Very frustrating stay."

"The apartment was small but comfortable. The only (but major) problem was that the faucet in the bathroom sink was out of order and the water would gush out and fill up the sink completely, with the risk of overflowing and flooding the bathroom. After much difficulty, I managed to close the faucet and never used it again. "

"I had many issues on this property since I arrive, the mattress are really hard and isn’t comfortable I can’t sleep well. The location is another issue is not safe arround it, really not recommended for foraingners. Just outside of the hotel I suffer a tentative from a guy who wants to stole my iPhone when I waiting my cab just in front of the hotel door. I had a bad experience I don’t understand really why the rates that theirs have and that was the reason that I choose them plus the pictures...

"The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!"
