Peaceful & Clean Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel

"Stop looking! If you are needing a space for 1-2 people, this is IT!! My son and I recently stayed and the property is stunning. The accommodations have everything you need and are meticulously kept. It felt like home from the moment we walked in. The owner couldn't have been more kind and gracious. You will not likely see the owner if you want to be private, but she went above and beyond when asked for a tour and advice about the lake. My son and I used the stay to fish and bond, and the fishing was awesome. My son entered a fishing tournament and didn't have much luck on our boat, but he caught the Grand Prize winning "biggest fish" right from this properties dock. And don't get me started on the nighttime ambience! Its surreal how pretty the views are at night with the lights and VERY spacious dock for relaxing, fishing, swimming, ect. It was magical and we felt so blessed to have found the exact spot we were looking for. I am already looking at dates to take my wife back. It's perfect for romantic get-a-ways. From the comfort of the bed, cleanliness, amenities, fire pit, dock, canoes, swim pad, privacy, affordability, and owners willingness to make it special, my wife and I will be going for "date nights" soon. Hit the "book now" button and thank us later. Its worth it just to meet the owner if you so choose!"

"My family & I stayed here for a weekend on vacation. The pictures do NOT fully represent what this place actually looks like. The main lobby was decent looking that’s about it. The room numbers are not in order. Our room was on the back side where all types of strange ppl were. Lots of ppl actually living there unfortunately. The room isn’t like an open suite room it’s just 2 rooms connected with an overly used couch in the second room that has just a sink microwave & refrigerator. We put stuff against the doors because it didn’t feel like it was secure. A woman had 2 pits barking every so often next door. Upstairs there was loud disturbing noses at 12/1 am. (Maintenance dis get them to stop though). There was a roach in my suitcase when we came back from being out. A spider above one of the beds. The lights were either dim or completely blowed except the mirror light over the sink. Glad my family & I had somewhere to stay but we won’t be returning."

"This house was absolutely amazing! We spent a week here celebrating our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The property is right on Lake Norman and features a wonderful floating dock. We rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed spending a few days out on the beautiful water. Jack has a couple of canoes free to use as well. The upstairs master suite was exceptional, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub. Everything was well organized and the linens were fresh and clean. The upstairs and main floor have separate heat/air, so we stayed very comfortable the entire week. In the evenings, we loved relaxing on the back deck, enjoying the hot tub and grilling dinner on the gas grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal preparation easy and convenient. We also appreciated the refrigerator’s filtered water and ice maker, as well as having both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker available.Jack was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!"
