"The Guest Mobility ticket for bus service was a nice and welcome surprise. I used it extensively to get around the area and to return to Salzburg to continue my journey by train. The secure WI-FI had a very, very poor signal which made it very difficult to use. Fortunately for me, I could use my VPN on the unsecure WI-FI and that worked just fine."

"This hotel is one of the nicest places, well organized, is very quiet, and it's location on the hillside located southeast of Salzburg is just about perfect, and it's only an 11 minute drive to get downtown. The breakfast is one of the best one's I've had traveling, and the staff area all friendly and very helpful, including Corina (or Catarina -?spelling), Natalie and her fellow worker at the restaurant, and Eva who is from Hungary, and did a superb performance preparing the included breakfast. The view is simply WONDERFUl, and the distant city, mountains, valley, clouds, and snow on the mountaintops... this is why we came to Salzburg and the Austrian Alps... and we were so delighted. We will indeed stay here again soon. jw"

"Extraordinary hotel, like staying in a 18 century palace with modern conveniences. Building originally built as monastery in the 8 century. Beautiful lake town, but the hotel alone is worth the trip. All hotel staff were wonderful. Highly recommended."
