Frankfort In-Town Getaway

  • Completely renovated and beautifully designed century home. Enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Take a walk downtown to shop, dine or grab a mircrobrew at the Stormcloud. Saturday mornings you can take a 2 minute stroll to the Farmers Market to pick up some fresh produce for your evening dinner on the beautiful deck overlooking Betsie Bay. After a full day at the beach, golfing, hiking or wine tasting you can relax and watch your favorite streaming program on our Smart TV.

    Totally renovated lower unit of duplex. Everything is brand new! Wood laminate flooring throughout. Spacious living room, bedrooms and bathroom. In unit laundry. Office space. Private front porch as well as private deck to relax on. Downtown so you can walk to everything!

    We have parking in back of the house as well as free street parking for our guests. The main access to the property is in the back of the house. There are 3 steps up on the deck to get to the unit. Once you`re at the property getting around Frankfort is easy. You can walk to all downtown Frankfort attractions.

    Although we won`t generally be there to greet you we are always available. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have. We want your stay to be pleasant and relaxing and are always there to assist you.

    The Forest Ave home is located on a residential street in the heart of Frankfort. It is close to parks and the marina. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable.

    There is street parking but there is also parking in back of the house for 2 vehicles. The main entrance to the home is in the rear so parking in the back is the best option.

    This property is in the heart of downtown Frankfort and a short drive to many of the local attractions you don`t want to miss!
