"The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do."

"This was a great option for family merging from multiple states for a Purdue graduation. While away from campus, we needed the beds provided. The only downside is that usu when I VRBO, I usu cook all meals. I do take most things for cooking with me. If you plan to cook a lot, take extra pots/pans, etc. Otherwise, there is ample dishes to eat on. Number of bathrooms were great. Back yard is very nice for outdoor games. Grill worked great as well. Overall, great stay."

"Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable. The floors throughout are wood, and some rugs would make it quieter and more comfortable. "We booked for Purdue Graduation and the owner was amazing communicator and super helpful. Location was super close to the restaurants downtown and maybe 7-8 min from campus. House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner threw in some nice extras - chips, sodas, washer pods for washing machine, candy, etc. It’s kinda tight if you have >4 but for our group of 3 it was perfect. Might want to add some ice cube trays ; that would have been helpful and maybe consider adding a few smaller glasses...

"Excellent place to stay. Lots of room and plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. Enjoyed everything about the property! Only complaint is more mixing bowls or bowls of some sort and some pots especially medium to small ones. AWESOME host 👍"
