Lovely place, beautiful quirky decor (can be a bit dark, need a bright light in each room that one can turn on if needed; friendly and competent staff; big breakfast; nice location; but wi-fi subpar at times; bathroom door should not shut automatically (loud and not necessary)

Nähe Ostbahnhof und Frühstück war gut. Doch mir war nicht bewusst, dass es noch Hotels oder Zimmer für Raucher gibt. Bei meiner Buchung wurde mir ein Raucherzimmer zugewiesen, ohne dass ich eine Wahl hatte. Zweimal habe ich das Hotel kontaktiert und darauf hingewiesen, dass ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht in einem Raucherzimmer übernachten kann – doch ich erhielt keine Antwort.

Leider wird Service nicht von jedem Mitarbeiter gelebt. Trotz vor Ort Zahlung musste beim Check in eine Kreditkarte hingelegt werden. Dieses wird nirgends erwähnt. Die Einrichtung ist zwar extravagant, aber leider veraltet und an vielen Stellen abgenutzt. Der Teppich ist absolut nicht für Allergiker geeignet. Frühstück gibt's für 25€/Person. Check Out war mega und die Mitarbeiterin sehr kompetent. Die City Taxe war schon im Buchungspreis enthalten! Sehr gut!

Esperienza pessima. Sono ancora in attesa di un rimborso che non è stato possibile effettuare perchè ho prenotato con Expedia! Ovviamente il voucher sarà di 30 euro inferiore a quello che ho pagato! La compensazione è stata gestita malissimo.

Ich war nur zum schlafen dort. Der Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und liebevoll bestückt. Die Minibar zur freien Verfügung. Es war lediglich etwas laut weil ich direkt am Aufzug mein Zimmer hatte. Aber auch das war nicht durchgehend. Vor der Tür hält die Straßenbahn. Also perfekt.

Für eine Nacht total ausreichend. Zimmer war ok, das Personal freundlich. Die Lage für Erkundungstouren geeignet, zu Fuß einige Restaurants erreichbar. Ein Minuspunkt: fehlende Parkmöglichkeiten & eine abgebrochene Tischlampe auf dem Nachtkästchen. Zimmer hellhörig. Insgesamt durchschnittlicher Eindruck.
