The staff was nice but the trash hadn’t been taken from the bathroom when we arrived and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next day and they didn’t change the sheets they just made the bed. We know they didn’t change them because our infant had an accident and that’s why we needed them changed. The breakfast was not replenished at a decent rate when empty.

The staff was clueless when we needed help. We would need to depart on the Marathon day, but they didn’t know how the area would be affected by road blockages. In our research we found out that it would definitely affect our trip back and we had to leave pretty early to avoid obstructions. Bathroom drain was not working properly and the solution was to remove it to be able to shower. They didn’t explicitly stated on the check in that cleaning by default only happens every 3 days. One has to request to get that daily.
