Reasonable stay, room a bit dirty in places (dust and rubbish under the bed), breakfast reasonable for the price but be warned hotel very popular with school groups who descend en mass for breakfast so a bit of a battle at times to get anythijf

Pleasantly surprised that it was quiet in our rooms. The common areas were always busy. It was a great spot for a night. Kids loved the bunk beds. Not much room for luggage. Liked that the toilet was in a room to itself so others could shower.

In a quiet neighbourhood. The room was small but clean and all the basic essentials were provided. Had a decent area with a bar and game tables to socialize and I think a small play area for kids. A little out from the main area but very close to transit.

Everything was great, from the check-in, staff, room, bed and bathroom. The surroundings are pretty nice and quite, public transportation available 50 mts away. Breakfast can improve A LOT! You better find something else outside the Hostel

I stayed in a&o Frankfurt Ostend such that the entire room was given to us. It is neat and clean and not far from the city centre. They also give pedestal fans on request plus they a well equipped kitchen and a laundry facility. Overall, it was not bad. The lounge is full of life where you can play snooker or work on your laptop etc.

I didn’t realize this was a hostel until we arrived. The room had sleeping for 6 people and the configuration was nice for a small ‘dorm type’ space. 1 toilet room and 1 shower room (both with sinks). This stay served its purpose for a quick overnight stay and value was nice for our big group. Facilities downstairs had options and a place to hang out. Would recommend for younger crowds and families not staying a long period of time.

We arrived on an early and after a 12hr flight we were exhausted. We asked if they could keep our bags in the lobby so we could go and wait somewhere for check in time, but they were so kind to let us check in earlier and we were able to sleep and freshen up. We were so grateful

The building is ok, though it is pretty noisy at night, from the guests and from the people on the street. The overall sense of cleanliness was below average, especially in the common areas. The shower didn't drain properly. At check-out we witnessed an uncomfortable argument of a guest with staff member, who seemed to care better for his argument then for the correct check-out flow. At the best, 3.5 out of 5.

Great spot for a family

This was a great one night stay from the airport. From Frankfurt Airport it was approximately a 15 minute drive we did rent a car and we were able to find street parking nearby. Our Family room had six single beds which was perfect. Each bed had two towels ready to go for showers, shampoo/body wash in the shower as well. What was really nice was that the bathroom and shower was separated; there was a toilet and a sink in one room, and a shower and a sink in another, so someone could shower while someone else could also use the bathroom at the same time. Hotel had lots of lounging areas, you could also order espresso/coffee, books, game tables available, and a communal guest kitchen with refrigerator available - you could also request pots and pans for the two hot plates so you could cook up dinner. A few blocks away is an Aldi’s so you can pick up easily groceries. Downside, There’s a ton of youth here so it was a little bit noisy sleeping. Everything like bathrooms and bed linen were very clean, however, the walls had a lot of scratches and scuffs on it.

Auf Expedia wurde ein female dormroom (4 beds) angeboten und fix gebucht, vor Ort in ein Zimmer mit bereits 3 Männern eingecheckt. Nach Diskussionen wurde ein 6 beds female room angeboten, welches unerträglich war. Das zugewiesene Bett gab es nicht, im Zimmer hang überall nasse Unterwäsche und es war in keinster Weise von Nachtruhe mit den anderen 5 Gästen zu sprechen, Dreck Gestank und Lärm wirklich unterste Schublade. Es war die schrecklichste Nacht meines Lebens und ich musste beruflich reisen! Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht von Expedia, A&O, die alle Schuld von sich wies ganz zu schweigen. Niewieder, eine weitere bereits dix gezahlte Fixbuchung werde ich nicht antreten.
