Sehr negativ überrascht
Wir haben die Wohnung betreten & uns empfing ein kalter rauchiger Gestank. Die Küche/ Wohnraum war ca.10qm groß. Der Laminatboden hat mehrere Löcher. Die Küche ist veraltert & siffig & alles hat geklebt inkl.Besteck. Beim herausnehmen eines Tellers kam Wasser entgegen. Spülmittel war nicht vorhanden, stand am nächsten Tag vor der Tür.Tisch ist eine lose Glasplatte auf 2 Gestellen ist instabil. Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung gewackelt als würden sie jeden Moment zusammen brechen. Sie waren frisch bezogen und noch feucht, haben trotzdem nach Rauch und moderig gerochen. Alle Schränke sind kaputt- die Türen fallen auseinander & die Schubladen hängen schon aus der Verankerung. Auf den Möbeln lagen kaputte Dinge & viel Staub. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind irreführend- keines hat mit der Wohnung übereingestimmt. In der Küche befindet sich auch die Couch und der Fernseher... ein großer Kühlgefrierschrank ist in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden- ein kleiner in der Küche- beide waren schmutzig.Die Mülleimer waren so schmutzig, das sie nicht zu öffnen waren. Die Sitzgelegenheit im Freien, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, gehört zur Wohnung des Vermieters und nicht zu dem Apartment. Es gab einen weiteren Sitzplatz der zu dem Apartmen gehörtet. Sehr ungepflegt mit einer große Kiste mit leeren Bierflaschen. Nach der Buchung haben wir keine Adresse oder Telefonnummer erhalten. Die anschließende Kommunikation war holprig. Den Vermieter*in haben wir nie gesehen.
