The detached villa was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. The building, which is divided into apartments of different sizes, is characterized by its good location in a quiet residential area with parking spaces and the accessibility of restaurants, bus stop and supermarket in just three minutes on foot.
A shared garden space is available.

Free parking is possible on the property or on the street.
Free rental bikes !!! We all know that sometimes it is difficult to be on a trip. That's why every guest receives a free rental bike during their stay.

There are several washing machines and a dryer in the building for free use.
The modern equipped studio has access to the terrace and a new kitchen with microwave, induction hob, freezer, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils and much more. WiFi and a large flat-screen TV with free Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime provide entertainment. The studio is stylishly furnished and there is a desk for working in the apartment.
