This property was recently sold and they are in the middle of renovations. There is dust and unfinished floors in the lobby. There are lights missing in the elevator area. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no counter space in the sink area and there is a curtain separating the showers from the bed. Located well to old town and river.

The location was great. Easy to train from the airport then an easy 10 minute walk. The room was a good size. Not sure about the extremely exposed shower, that was weird. A lovely walk along the river and plenty of eateries nearby.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a very good selection, except there is no hot food (except hard boiled eggs). Not too bad in summer. Glass shower is in the bedroom area. Neighborhood is ok. Near nice park and the river. Quick food a short walk away, but bigger restaurants are a bit farther. Longer walk to old town.

We love ending our trip every year at the Fleming, the hotel is conveniently located to many good restaurants and bars! They have ground parking right behind the hotel which makes it very easy for in and out travels. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the only thing missing are refrigerators!

Nice short stay.

Clean room we had a large family room given to us we only Stay one night just to break up our journey back to london. Breakfast is ok. Had cooked breakfast for a change as fed up with continental all the time we were in other places we’ve been.
