Nice hotel

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were all very good. However, the menu in the restaurant was very poor with a very limited choice, especially for a vegetarian…..and the pasta dish my husband had was very small.

Very hot room experience

The room was too hot and the AC was very weak to make the room comfortable. They changed our room but it had the same bad AC. The rooms do not have refrigerator and there was not ice machine in the floor. You should go to restaurant and ask them for ice.

Don’t stay here in the summer!

It was an absolute disaster, first we waited for over an hour to check in at 8pm. Then our ac didn’t work, and hotel staff would not do anything to help fix unit or move us to another room. They acted like we were a bother by complaining our air wasn’t working. We intentionally switched hotels just for the ac because it was extremely hot in Germany at that time and my daughter and I both have asthma and can’t sleep without ac. To top it off we paid 3 times as much to switch hotels. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this stay.

Von außen wirkt das Gebäude eher etwas abschreckend, allerdings war das Zimmer überraschend schön und nett eingerichtet. Mit der Nähe zum flughafen sicherlich auch eine gute Option vor einer Flugreise. Unsicher wie gut die ÖPNV Anbindung ist, da wir mit dem Auto da waren und nicht in die Innenstadt mussten.

I wasn't enamoured of the offer to use the car park for 15 euros. I psrked across the street fir free and could see my car from my room. There was no milk in the room and the variety if teas didn't make sense as there was only one if each whereas there were two oeople in the room.

The speed to get food at the restaurant was way too Long, we waited more then 1 hour after ordering and there was only 8 other People in the restaurant So that service levle should they work on

Godt ophold som mellemstation

Rigtig fint ophold på en enkelt nat. Værelset var fint og rummeligt, og i generel god stand. Lige bortset fra gulvtæppet og de to stole, hvor den ene i hvert fald var fyldt med pletter. Pænt og rent badeværelse. Morgenmaden var fremragende, og havde et rigtig godt udvalg. Meget hjælpsomt personale.
