Great budget hotel, definitely stay here again

Excellent value, conveniently located near FRA airport, clean and comfortable, only thing to be careful of is the shuttle bus schedule, which does not operate through the middle of the day

The ibis chain is good value for traveling around Germany. The rooms are clean and had all the necessary items. The only downside is the lack of towels... you will have to ask for more towels.

It wasnt asclose to the airport as we were hoping, our fault though! Should have paid more attention. We we only there for the night as we had a long stopover. Hotel eas fine and clean.

Nice, clean, modern hotel only a 10 minute shuttle ride away from Frankfurt Airport. Hotel has a scheduled shuttle for a very reasonable 4 Euro. Not a lot immediately around hotel; however, less than a mile away there is a nice quiet village with restaurants, banks and other stores. Highly recommend!

The main reason I chose this hotel was we needed somewhere close to the airport and that had a shuttle service. The hotel satisfied those criteria and was priced better than other hotels in the area. I did think the cost of breakfast was quite high but we needed to leave before breakfast started anyway so that wasn't a concern.

Used shuttle bus from the airport great service. We were greeted immediately we walked in the hotel. Check in was smooth. Offered shuttle bus and early breakfast. As we had arrived late we were glad that we could eat at the hotel and not have to go out again. Everything went really smoothly

Airport strike = multiple nights

Long layover between flights. Had to stay extra night due to airport strike, Ibis is clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Walkable neighborhood which can be nice when on long trips with little opportunity to exercise. Airport hotel shuttle hours are limited. Spendy to take a cab.

It’s a good 15 min (almost a mile) walk to the subway. If you can use the shuttle to the airport it’s great, but it doesn’t run all the time.

Property in close proximity to airport - short commute. Bus transfer service every 25 minutes. Lovely friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restaurant meal. Breakfast could be better - but I had the early bird one - so perhaps the regular buffet offers more selection. Fruit cups, granola bars, yogurt or some other healthy item to take along would be very nice at 5:40 am!

the room was good. the bathroom was very small and having to pay for the shuttle back to the airport was preposterous. We do not pay to go in but pay to come back, it is like holding people hostage. Very poor decision to charge people. I will not stay there again because of that.

There was a slight musty smell in the room like they moped the floors with dirty water and no cleaning product in it. The bathroom could use a good cleaning.

I thought the hotel room was way too small for the price and considering the limitations of area dining. Kept having to adjust the water temperature in the shower as it would be warm, hot, or cold from seconds to seconds without moving the initial setting of the handle.

Airport shuttle is paid

It’s small, but that’s the brand. What’s not okay is the missing amenities that even lower end brands have. Only all in one shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. Never even seen that. No fridge in room. Not a single complimentary water bottle. Only 1 check in employee when they know people come in batches from flights. We waited 20+ min to check in. And what was most shocking to me was the airport shuttle is paid, and does not run all day! That’s the whole point of an airport hotel! I wouldn’t stay here again.
