I don’t know how to explain but this is the first time in my life see and stay in the Hotel like that I check in at 6pm and check out in 10pm I’m already tired from far away but see like that make me more crazy really bad smelly and disgusting !!

This place was not a good place to stay. Very little interaction with us and when we asked for information they always just said no. A guy walked in in front of us and they told him 50 euros. He said no and gave them 30. They took it. That's the kind of place this is. Curtains were half hanging and half off. Kind of gross

Unfortunately the room was dirty. Sticky floors as soon as we arrived, broken shower stand, bathroom constantly smelt of urine, cigarette burn marks in the bedsheets. All drawers were stained. Corridors smelt strongly of cannabis. It was clear the other guest were smoking in their rooms. Staff however were lovely but overall I am far from pleased with my stay. The pictures did not represent the rooms at all.

Extremely bad dont be fooled by the picture

It was so dirty and smelly the place was not a hotel at all. I complained about the dirt and smell in the room the gentelman at reception said best he can do is spray the room. I asked for a refund he said too late. I have attached picture of entrace to my room which i showed the reception guy. He siad its not direcly in you room. It smells of damp and mould and mould in the picture explains why.

The photos online are not the same bed and room. I was on a tiny bed in the corner and it was a very bleak and sad room. They never cleaned under the bed and there were tons of dirty things and papers underneath it. The toilet was dirty and disgusting and I'm not sure when it was cleaned last. At least the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I feel like it should have been half the price for how much I paid. It's worth spending a little extra for another room. Also there were interesting guests next door continuously coming in and out of the room and knocking on the door before being let in and out....it felt very sketchy! It is a very convenient location so if you're ok with the bare minimum just to sleep for a layover, then go for it...however, if you find something better for 20-40 Euro more, I"d choose that route and splurge.

I had to walk up 4 flights of narrow stairs with a full suitcase and carry-on. There is no phone in the room and therefore no contact with the front desk. The hotel door is locked at Midnight or thereabouts and a man sleeping in a chair in the entrance hall (not a lobby) has to wake up to let you in. Of course there are no hair dryers and the washroom and shower are shared with 4 other rooms. Remember Germany is pot friendly and this 'hotel' is one block from the red light district. Area is full of rough-looking characters who may not be able to speak English. Not a very clean area. One of very few hotels who provide you with an actual key to access your room.

Needed a place close to the train station. Made the decision based on free cancellation, price, description and photos. The room was much darker than the photos, no side table lamps, TV broken, curtains hanging by a thread, hand held shower head did not fit the holder - had to take a 1 handed shower. No phone in the room. Door did not shut properly - had to push a chair against it to stop it from constantly rattling. Main fault - no lift (elevator) for 6 floors! Description listed on Hotels.com is incorrect - no bar or restaurant. It was not non-smoking. Smelled smoke and saw cigarette butts on the stairs. Staff was nice, bed was comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was shocking from the moment I stepped inside. The floors were so sticky they clung to my shoes, and not just from poor cleaning—they appeared downright filthy. The bathroom was a horror show, with mildew and mold creeping across the tiles, an unsightly ring of poop stains in the toilet, and a sink that refused to drain. Even the walls looked diseased, flaking paint and ominous water stains that seemed to harbor more mold. The entire place reeked of must and smoke, like it hadn’t been aired out in years, and the grimy lobby was populated by some seriously shady characters. The lighting was practically non-existent, leaving the hallways feeling more like a back alley than a reputable hotel—especially unsettling given the already sketchy vibes. A decent night’s rest was impossible, thanks to raucous neighbors at all hours. Worst of all, the online photos might as well be from another planet; nothing remotely resembled what I saw in person. Overall, it was a terrible, unsettling experience that left me wondering what unsavory activities normally go on behind these dingy walls. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if it was the last hotel in Frankfurt!

The hotel is way more of a hostel vibe which is completely ok. However the room had hardly been clean at all. I don’t believe it’s ever been sweep or washed a window. However the location was great but much more of a party hotel and if dirt at all bothers you please don’t stay here

Die Lage ist gut - in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof. Zustand des Hauses, der Möbel, der Geräte ist wenig erfreulich: Treppenhandlauf wackelt, Fernseher funktioniert nicht, im Zimmer nur ein zentrales Deckenlicht, das nur von der Tür aus geschaltet werden kann, Toilettendeckel locker - das sind nur Beispiele.

Filthy and stinky room

Room stinks like an ashtray. Absolutely dirty. Asked receptionist to clean and a guy mop with a dirty mop using only water. Drawers with rubish from prior guests and sheets with cigarette burns Picture does not represent the room at all. They changed room on next day and gave another one that was dirty as well and same tobacco stench. In 4 days nobody came to clean, change sheets or towels or make the bed. An absolute scam! Don’t know how Expedia or Hotels.com take part in this scam. I feel cheated :-(

The hotel did not have a room for me, so they sent me to a awfully place 15 minutes away by car; they didn’t give any reasonable reason to move me away and took another family instead of me. I have already paid the night for a ridiculous high price and they didn’t reimburse a penny to me. For me it a 0 points hotel not even 1 they deserve.
