Unfortunately pictures look better than the actual rooms. Somewhat dirty walls, atmosphere is depressing and outdated. Needs better interior, has definitely potential in the right hands of a manager.

Awful.
The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were very lumpy. Not a single bottle of drinking water in room. For the price paid this was one of the worst hotels. Breakfast was very basic, nothing hot to eat except pancakes but the pancake machine was out of order on the second day. Would definetly not recommend.

Was really nice hotel very clean and with fantastic customer services. My special thanks to Mr Yassin in front Desk. He amazing guy and really helpful. Hotel itself very nic and clean and located in the city centre. The main station is 3 minutes waking. Lots of nice restaurants around the hotel. Really enjoyed there.

The bed was like the box spring mattress, extremely uncomfortable, was set up on a king bed frame, the nightstands were fixed and way away from the beds! It’s quite close to the main station, breakfast was OK

Not as expected
The rooms are lovely but there is much to improve about this hotel. We only stayed for 3 nights and I will start with now with the positive things first: Good breakfast with some variety (we always enjoy a pancake machine), clean rooms and good coffee; the staff were nice but not always helpful. The downsides now... There were more than the positive owns so we are disappointing: the rooms were extremely warm and the air conditioning was not working, we had to wake up every 3 hours at night to open the window, the window you can only open with a key from the reception and once we waited for it for 45min, the room service was fine but once we told them to come later but they did not come at all eventually (not nice), the internet is a joke, the connection keep dropping when you need it the most. When we asked for help at the reception one night we were asked to call in about 1h, I did, then we were asked to call again in 15 minutes. I got so angry and I turned on the data on my phone.. The next day at the reception same explanations (we need to contact the it team and so on) Nothing was fixed. At the check in we were asked for a deposit of 50euro in cash or by credit card only. This was not specified anywhere on the Hotel.com website or anywhere else. This was really disappointing for us and we asked for help on the chat. No solution found. Awful service. We eventually gave the only cash we had (about 40euros) and we managed to check in. The towels smell bad. Bad experience...

The property is located within walking distance of Frankfurt Train Main Station and the historic center however is within an area known as the red district which it is not considered family oriented. the Hotel itself is clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is always willing to help you with any request you may have. the only complaint I may have is the breakfast, in comparison with other similar hotels, it may be considered lacking and/or below expectation.

Stay started on Friday Night and Left on Sunday Moning. Couldnt unlock safe after locking it with passport and money when I arrived. It took three requests and until Sunday morning for staff to unlock. Had to use bank card to take out more Money. Breakfast was limited so went McDonald's instead. Free pint instead of getting room cleaned was good idea.
