Good for an overnight stay before an early flight

This hotel is not in a central location (its about a 15 minute drive from the airport) but fine to get to if you have a car and need a place to stay overnight when you have an early flight the next day. There is no lift, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. There isn’t much around in terms of eating other than a McDonalds and a Balkan restaurant that has newly opened.

Zimmerbuchung für eine Reisegruppe mit Angabe der Zahlungsart Kreditkarte. Der erste der ankommenden Gäste wurde aufgefordert zur Barzahlung. Erst nach einer telefonischen Rücksprache wurde davon Abstand genommen. Ich sollte innerhalb einer Stunde vorsprechen! Beim heutigen Überprüfung musste ich feststellen, dass bereits bezahlte Zoimmer aufgeführt waren. Werde ich nicht mehr buchen!!!

Nightmare during check in

Hotel receptionist Mr. Sharif refused to give us a room even though we arrived very late close to midnight & were exhausted after a long drive on the road. Their excuse was that the hotel system broke down even though room keys are available at the reception. He said we have to wait for an hour or more before he can check us in. This is nightmare with this hotel, the receptionist gave us a bad impression and we will never recommend anyone to come to this hotel. We thank the Expedia team for their support to help us cancel the stay with this hotel last minute & get us a new hotel in a short time at no additional cost. This is total customer satisfaction!

A découvrir sans souci!

Hotel très bien, très bonne qualité, bon petit déjeuner et situé juste à côté d'un supermarché, ce qui facilite la vie. Par contre, seul défaut, situé dans une zone extérieure à la ville, donc quasiment aucun restaurant (sauf mac do) et des frais de déplacement journaliers importants pour se rendre en ville. Cela reste un très bon compromis qualité prix!

Good nights sleep

A good nights sleep as we drove across Europe. Though the local area is basic with no good restaurants close by. MacDonalds or a basic pizza place is all there is unless you walk into the town.

Ein typisches ehemaliges Motel One. Nach der Übernahme durch Premiere Classe wurde im Prinzip nichts geändert, was auch absolut ok ist. Gute Betten, ausreichend Platz, schönes Design und gute Dusche sowie viele kostenfreie Parkplätze. Nur renovieren konnte man mal... Die Lage ist typisch, also Autobahn nah, aber nicht besonders hübsch und in einem Industriegebiet. Zum übernachten top!

Nice for the price!

The hotel was good overall. However, we were there in the heat of summer, and the A/C was not adequate...the thermostat would not accept a desired temperature under 25C. US travelers should also note that it is in a mixed-use neighborhood which is not unusual for European budget hotels, but seems a bit weird to us. Conveniently located just steps from two grocery stores and a McDonalds.

Great hotel, although location less so.

Fantastic hotel. Very reasonably priced and had everything we needed. Evening duty manager was excellent and very helpful. Location not so good if you have business in town but for an overnight stop, it suited us perfectly. Plenty of restairants in walking or driving distance, too. We ate at Ess:Zimmer, a couple of minutrs drive. Simple cuisine but again, fine for us. If I return to Frankfurt, I'll happily stay at the Premiere Classe again.

Gute Lage

Leider ging für Klima Anlage nicht an zwei sehr heißen Tagen. Fenster offen war teilweise etwas laut. Zimmer und Hotel sonst soweit ok. Supermarkt und ein schnellrestaurant fussläufig, kostenlose Parkplätze. Personal war bis auf den jungen Mann aus der Nachtschicht, sehr unterdurchschnittlich. An ihn nochmal ein großes Lob, freundlich und serviceorientiert, das einzige Highlight während dem Aufenthalt.
