Got upgraded to a corner suite, which is spacious, elegantly designed. Love the chicken conger served in the buffet breakfast. It is in a central location walkable to various places.

This hotel is an old class luxury hotel with a great location. The only issue they have is the touch on/off system to activate the water in the bathroom shower and bathtub. It's really a hassle and I had to call the reception to have someone sent up to turn it on and off as all my multiple trials did not work. This should be a simple, easy to operate fixture not a frustrating situation.

The only weak point was on arrival the bell man did not want to unload out luggage form the taxi. Never experienced that before in any hotel I have stayed before. For departure was perfect. I guess every facility has a suboptimal employee
