"Hopefully an isolated and fixed issue, but we had no hot water. Something we didn't find out until we tried to take a shower in the morning."

"I always mention the positive things about a stay before the things I didn’t care for. The location is great! Just a minute from 270/23. There’s a McDonald’s & Starbucks within walking distance. The room was clean. The outdated, small bathroom was very clean and the shower head was fantastic. It was very warm when we were there. Thankfully the AC worked great. Rates were low. Checkin was pretty simple but we had to wait for someone to come to help us. The staff was helpful when needed but not the friendliest person in the world. The place is old and outdated. As mentioned above, it is clean. The bed had a waterproof mattress pad on it and I felt like I was sleeping on plastic. We bought a fluffy comforter to put under the bottom sheet for the second night. It was the weekend of the Memorial Toirnament and a lot of places had no availability or inflated rates. I don’t plan to stay there again."

"The rooms were very clean. The staff was fantastic. Especially Drew at the front desk. He went above and beyond in getting us on the same floor as my daughter and the grandkids who were travelling from Chicago. The ONLY disappointing thing was they could not get the tv in the living area working. The tv in the bedroom worked and had to watch the cartoons/movies in our bedroom on the bed with my wife and the two grandchildren. The menu was pricey. Two steaks (New Strips) were $136 which included no sides. Again, overall experience was excellent. Conveniently, located across the street from COSI where we took our 3 year old grandson, and he had a blast! bernie"
