I was charged three times $50 for Pet fee and was never returned was taken out of my bank account and they assured me that it would be taken care of and no charge would be made because of it being a service animal yet still my bank account was charged $150 worth of charges for said pets. The swimming pool, with hot tub, which was cemented in not described on the website, which is one of the reasons why I really wanted to stay there and not closer to my Class reunion as we have been traveling for over 600 miles to get there I was very unhappy now the rooms were very nice very clean. Some of the staff were very nice but still them taking money out of my account and still not being returned as promised has been a thumbs down for me once if ever they return my money, which I am going to go to the bank with my receipt from the hotel saying everything was paid in full no service charge for the animals one way or another I will be getting that money back. I would assure anybody that stays there to make sure that you you check your bank account and receipts
