"The staff and rooms were pleasant. The room did not have cabinets for clothing or even a luggage rack making getting dressed cumbersome to say the least. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and recommended."

"The room was very nice and nice place to stay. We asked for a late checkout and the clerk was very rude and said he had booked all late checkouts and none was available. The hotel was empty and when we confronted him about it he said that he had told me about legal documents that said we would allow us a late checkout. He never stated that to me and I called him out on it. He was never willing to apologize until he saw we knew he was wrong."
