"I would give Cottonwood a five-star rating, but the dead bolt on the room door did not work. Not a huge deal, but enough to drop a star. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Very good value."

"We enjoyed a 1-bedroom condo that had everything for an amazing price. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We heard the people walking above us but that was all. We took advantage of some of the amenities but the resort had everything you could want. We will be back for a longer than 2-night stay."

"It is a nice clean hotel. Just the very basics. Good for just a 1 night stop. Staff was very friendly, helped us move rooms when a barking dog was next to us. Not a fan of allowing pets. Especially when owners leave them alone."

"Loved the view. Place was beautiful sitting out back. Enjoyed the ducks coming up. Only complaint i really have is we got there maybe 15 mins early n wasnt able to get in. Never had a vrbo not let me in a lil early but the host was reachable n offered to unlock. Even got a deal on another night! Would definitely book again!"

"This is a beautiful property overlooking the white river. The screened in back porch was amazing in the mornings. We were very comfortable there. It was neat as a pin and we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property."
