"We had a good experience at this VRBO! It was convenient to times square, good food, and broadway shows. It was a little tight inside but perfectly fine for sleeping. They provided us with ear plugs, extra towels and sheets, and shampoo and conditioner. Communication was great, we got responses right away. The location felt pretty safe, in the back part of the building with multiple doors. Would stay again!! "

"The apartment is small, but fit our needs as we were basically there to sleep and out being tourists most of the day and night. (2 adults and 2 young adults -- both 20) The location was perfect. Walking distance to theatres, times square, sooo many restaurants and subway when we needed it to get across town to Brooklyn. Alex was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay."

"Good safe place in NYC. Only 2 elevator was working and they at times had guests use service elevator competing with service staff (read trash services) for use. Had free umbrella in room for rain. Good shower small room. "

"This property was a fraud, I could not check in, host was unreachable the telephone number provided was disconnected for NYCshortstays, the address listed led us to an abandoned building. Customer service has been very difficult to work with, no refund has been processed for 4 days and I had to pay for a different accommodation. Horrible experience after years of trusting Expedia. "
