"We had a short/over-night stay. Home was clean and modern. No complaints whatsoever. The only unexpected thing was the neighborhood the home is located in. Not quite a run-down neighborhood but just a bit. By looking at the pictures of the home prior to booking, I would've never guessed. Regadless of the matter, it was quiet at night despite the fact that we did go on a weekend that the state fair was going on and many people were parking in the neighborhood which made it look busier with more...

"We competed at U of Indy and we were less than 5 minutes from Nicoson Hall. It was perfect for wrestling team and the house was great! A couple minor maintenance issues but nothing worth bringing down our rating. We will definitely stay there again for next years event if it is available!"
