Awesome hostel Very friendly/helpfull

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I have arrived late and the restaurants were closed, Martina the receptionist offered me a sandwich and fries for free!

The hostel is clean, very friendly staff and very close to public transportation. They host free dinners for guests and it’s a nice opportunity to get to know people and mingle. They have a towel rental service for €3 and laundry service on site for a fee. Only complaint is the pod doors/storage drawers can be loud and guests should try to be more mindful when opening/closing those. Overall really enjoyable stay!!! Would recommend!

This is the third time at this place.For the first time I get a room with the balcony.....what an amazing surprise!I enjoyed to have breakfast and same relaxed time there. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much for making my stay always an excellent experience.

Nice hotel good location

We thought it may be a bit shaddy staying near the train station, but it was a great surprise for us that the hotel was in a good area, very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I had gotten bumped from my flight and was so happy to find this hotel with 24 hour desk service. There are several stores and restaurants nearby. Cussltomer service is a priority. The bed is the most comfortable I've slept in after being in 5 hotels in the last few weeks. Ron is very clean and offers a nice amount is storage, va small fridge, v desk, very clean bathroom with hot water, a toilet and bedee, and very condors towels. This property was in such a good location! We had never been to Rome and to be able to get out of the train station and just walk across the street was amazing. We especially took advantage of eating at the Mercato Centrale which was great. The hotel itself was lovely - great breakfast and great staff. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.
