"The best part of the hotel for us was the staff....always smiling and trying to find a solution for every question you have. We had a suite...basic but size was fine-A/C slow-comfortable beds-good shower. Restaurant and breakfast have very low quality items/ingredients. Overall a nice stay. "

"The apartment and building were both clean and secure, and the area was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated despite not speaking much english. The check-in process was a bit complicated — I had to go to the sports centre around the corner to collect the keys. There was also no Wi-Fi provided during my stay.
