"2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. "

"Terrible stay. House was dirty. I had to stay at a nearby hotel the first night. It took weeks of for the property management company Evolve to refund me the cost of the hotel. Terrible. Stay away!!"

"A lovely and clean cabin in Fraser! Well located about 10 minutes from Winter Park ski resort parking lot. Accommodated 5 of us nicely!"

"I loved staying at this property. There was a little snaffoo in the beginning with the passcode to get in but it was handled in a very timely manner without complication. If I were to make any suggestion, it would be to have a thourough dusting done. The ceiling fan was caked in dust and there were multiple cob webs in some doorways. Other than that, this property is truly as beautiful as it is in the photos and met all of our needs for our trip. "

"Overall it was fine. Safeway at the bottom of the hill was suprisingly good with decent prices and variety. Pool, tennis courts, etc are open 9 am to 8:50 pm. Adult hot tub, family join, and heated pool. 3 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 1 squash court, 1 volleyball. Decent weight room setup. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first day and were given a number to phone. It got better after that. "

Great facility for large groups

"We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation "

"Beautiful area with plenty to do for the whole family, and then a wonderful home to come back to. The gourmet kitchen was a hit, as we only dined out twice during the week. This is the third time we have stayed in the home and remains our favorite VRBO rental of all time!!"
