It boasts a private hot tub, brand new finishings, and quick and easy access to the best of Fraser and Winter Park: skiing, sledding, hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, and more! Our home is the perfect destination for your family and friends to have your next memorable adventure.

At McAdams Properties, we pride ourselves on providing amazing vacation experiences! We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We also have local resources standing by, if needed.

Located just shy of 10 minutes past the Winter Park Ski Resort on highway 40, Fraser is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere. Whether it's skiing, tubing, hiking or biking, golfing, fishing, or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in the Fraser / Winter Park area.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in our garage, plus additional free parking in the condo parking lot. A storage locker for ski and golf equipment is available for your use right outside the condo entrance. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and patio with private hot tub are available for your full use.

This spacious home is brand new (as of Nov. 2023) and has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable including updated finishes, tasteful furniture, modern electronics and breathtaking views. Perfect for families and large groups, this property can sleep 8 plus an additional child in the provided pack-n-play.

The condo includes a gas fireplace, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and open concept layout that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a homey touch to this mountain getaway.

After a long day hiking, fishing, or on the slopes you can just step outside to relax in our private hot tub, or head inside the home to lounge and enjoy your favorite show on one of the TVs.

Our condo boasts easy access to the great amenities around Fraser and Winter Park! Restaurants, bars, coffee, skiing, sledding, hiking, fishing, and more are just minutes away.

Free parking is included! We have one garage space, with additional outdoor parking available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances and kitchenware. Supplies for cooking and baking, common spices, place settings for 12, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, blender, toaster, and more are available for your use. There is a countertop hook-on high chair seat and children’s dishes/utensils.

Sleeping arrangements:
● Master (sleeps 2): features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains, and a 43” smart TV. Includes a pack-n-play.
● Second Bedroom (sleeps 2): King size bed and a 43” smart TV
● Bunk Room / Study (sleeps 2): Our study has a twin-sized bunk bed suitable for children or young adults
● Living Area (sleeps 2): There a queen-size sofa bed in the main living area for extra sleeping space if needed

The Lift bus line (no charge) goes right by our condo and is excellent for getting to the Winter Park ski area and navigating the Fraser and Winter Park towns.

A vehicle is recommended to effectively reach and enjoy the greater area beyond Fraser and Winter Park.

For train service from Union Station in Denver to the Winter Park Ski Resort, you can take the Winter Park Express Ski Train, available from Jan. 12 – Mar. 31, Friday through Sunday (service times subject to change).

Recent Ski Trip

Beautiful place, comfortable beds, good wifi with strong signal. Property was clean, well-maintained and sufficiently appointed. The garage was also a huge plus.

Nice getaway

3 night summer stay. Wanted to get out of the heat and up into the mountains for a few days. Good location, easy to get into Winter Park or Fraser. Walking distance to a coffee shop and a pizza place. Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of biking and hiking.

After flying into Denver on Monday, we were greeted to a 14 hour snowfall on Tuesday. The house was right across the parking lot from a pizza food truck and local brewery. The kitchen was well equipped, the knives were sharp (we had a chef in the group) and the beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful experience!

We loved our stay at Alpenglow Chalet! The condo was spotless, cozy, and spacious for our family of 3. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. We were frequent visitors to the brewery across the street -- great hang spot with food trucks and cornhole. McAdams' team was responsive when we texted with questions and we would definitely book with them again in future. Great location with quick access to Winter Park. We readily did day-trips into Rocky Mountain National Park and Red Rocks Amphitheater (for a concert), and the drive (and stunning views) never grew old. Grabbed an excellent last-night meal at Devil's Thumb Ranch (locally bred wagyu is the feature). All in all, an excellent stay!!! (We didn't need or use the bunk room, but make note it's definitely only sized for small children.)
