Newly built duplex in Rendezvous, Fraser. Quick access to town and resort!

A modern mountain home awaits you in Winter Park!! This mountain getaway will feel like your own modern mountain home the minute you walk in the front door. You are sure to be impressed with all the attention to detail and high end finishes this unit features. This townhome features a king size bed in the main level primary suite. And a king sized bed in the second primary suite. Both bedrooms have their own full bath, but only upper level primary suite has en-suite bathroom. Lower level suite shares bathroom with living area but can also be closed off to the living area if desired. There is a new sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress in the living room. In addition, there are two twin portable memory foam mattresses that can be placed wherever you like for the kid; a pack and play is also available.

The living area features an open floor plan so you can prepare a meal after a day in the mountains and entertain guests in the living / dining room at the same time. The back patio has a propane grill and table/ chairs for 4 to relax on in the summer and warmer winter days. Each bedroom and living room has brand new Roku TVs (use your own accounts) for all of your streaming. The TVs have HDMI hook ups if you want to bring your own games, etc. Unit offers a full dryer and washer.

This property offers a detached over sized one car garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements and the walk to the front door is just seconds. The garage has 2 bicycles, coolers, and folding chairs you are welcome to use!!

Winter Park Resort is just 5.4 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1 mile away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

The property was just as described! Clean and a great location. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was and how convenient it was to shopping and recreation. New Carpet Seriously Needed

The condo is really nice as listed. But flooring carpet is the deal killer for us! We couldn't stay in the bedrooms because of the strong odor from the old carpet. We didn't have good rest due to this issue. Other than that, we love this location which very close to everything we need. We would recommend this condo if they replace the carpet flooring.
