Enjoy Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park from our family's 3BR, 3 Bath, end unit with garage town home. Remodeled main floor shower; complete gourmet kitchen, new mattresses. Two decks and a patio, right at aWinter Park bus stop. Big screen TV, cable, WiFi, blue ray player, two portacribs, humidifiers, kids chair booster seat, and a wonderful large gas log fireplace. Even a gas grill. Motion detector camera under deck provides front door security - can easily be unplugged from patio plug on front deck. LOTS of storage in oversize garage. Check out the MeadowRidge Clubhouse - a two minute walk. Free to guests. 2 Hot tubs, heated outdoor swim, large Nautilus work out, racket ball, squash, handball, party room, 4 tennis courts, basketball court, huge park, much much more.

A property being dated is not an issue for us but the cleanliness of bedding, rugs,walls and the cabinet interiors was disappointing. The bedroom bathroom configuration worked well.

Loved it!
We had a great time! The location is great and the complex is quiet. The 3 bed/3bath set up was perfect for all 8 of us, never felt crowded. The hot tub had great sunset views and not too many people. The non-skiers in the group loved how close we were to Fraser Tubing Hill (4 minute drive!) and the skiers loved Winter Park. Definitely recommend!

Great stay and communication
We needed a last minute rental for just two nights due to weather and plans changing. This was a perfect option! David was great at communication as we had multiple questions even once we arrived. Place was well stocked and exactly as listed. Directions for checkin and during our stay were included. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and it was perfect for our two families to share with room for each adult couple and bunk room for the 4 kids. We were glad to have the garage to put one car as well. Thanks for a great rental at the last minute. We were thankful to find a place and this was a great option.

Father Son ski trip
Was a great place for us to stay and the convenience of the bus route made for a nice plus for not paying additional parking at the lifts. Fireplace worked just fine once we lit the pilot light. Would definitely stay again.

Winter Vacation
Owner was super in communication and ease of check in and out. The fireplace was broken and unable to enjoy, the floor heaters did not work in some rooms, and had workers coming in and out of garage during our stay. Overall, Winter Park is beautiful in the winter and we enjoyed our vacation.
