That said, I found the room quite small – I had to place my suitcase on the bed to open it – and the mattress was very firm, which made for a less comfortable sleep. "We were staying there at the end of September and the place shuts down for the off-season on October 15. Unsurprisingly, Le Palme didn’t put forth its best effort. The fitness center had broken machines and the staff was rarely where you needed them. The place is very dated and has noisy ACs, toilets, etc. "
