And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area. There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult. Davide is a frendly host. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was there for breakfast in the morning. He responded to texts quickly. The room was clean and the shower had lots of hot water. "
